General Jewelry Care

The best practice is to take off your jewellery when in contact with water – especially while bathing or swimming or high temperatures(such as prolonged sun exposure). Avoid direct contact with lotions and always put your perfume and hairspray on BEFORE your jewellery. It is the best to store your jewelry in the dust bag or box it was supplied in.

We generally recommend that you not to wear your jewellery when performing certain activities (sports, gardening, etc.) to prevent it from being knocked or from coming into contact with harmful products.

How do we take care of the leather products?

Our iconic leather straps are handcrafted in Italy and Greece and are a pure natural products with occasional slight imperfections and color variations. These individual designs enhance the beauty and uniqueness of your piece of jewellery. The color of the leather may fade if exposed to direct sunlight. Daily use will produce a trendy worn look over time. Do not expose your leather to too much water, as it will get hard and brittle.

How to clean your jewellery?

Gold/Diamond jewelry
Take two bowls and fill them up with lukewarm warm. In one bowl add a few drops of detergent and dip it in the bowl for a few minutes. Take it out and dip it in the clean water. Take a towel and dab the water from the jewel. To give it a sparkling effect use a professional polishing cloth or any clean soft cotton cloth at home to bring best results. Other types of tissues could possibly scratch the product.

Silver/Semi precious stones/Beads
Better not to bring it in contact with water or store it in a dry place to maintain the longevity of the product. Alternatively, you can buy a jewelry cleaner to clean the pieces. Even a Microfibre Polishing cloth works just to regain the shine from the product.

Payment & Order

When will the payment be taken?

You can use direct bank transfer, PayPal or credit card for the payment. For credit card payments we are using Stripe. Payment will be taken from your payment method as soon as you have placed your order.

Shipping & Return

Can you send my order as a gift?

Yes, of course this is possible. Please enter the address of the recipient under billing address. Below there is an option to add a note, please add your details here and an info that the item(s) should be sent as a gift. We can send a note along with the order. The receipt will be emailed directly to you.

How can I return my order?

You can send the product back within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure to include your order details to your shipment. For the return, please use the original box or a different full box packaging so that the jewellery is properly packed. We advise you to send your return with proof of shipment (dispatch number). Returns which have been damaged due to insufficient packaging or which are lost and no proof of delivery can not be reimbursed.

How do you ship?

We ship within Germany with our shipping service provider DHL. Other countries might be supplied by other service providers, depending on availability. If you have a preferred shipping provider you can mention it during your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order in a maximum of 10 – 14 business days after we have received your payment (immediately for Credit Card and PayPal, a few days longer for bank transfer). This is the maximum delivery time, as some items have to be produced in the factory of our family in Mumbai or Dubai and send to us in Berlin. In Berlin, we will repackage the orders and ship it to your address.

If we have the products already in stock in Berlin, then the delivery will only take 2-3 days.

We are also offering personalisation of items. Please keep in mind that delivery time will increase for these items.

Made a mistake while ordering, what can I do?

If we have not yet sent your order, the delivery address and other details can still be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible by stating your order via info@alliwantjewels.com

When do I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return, it may take a few days to process the return. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of our return. Refunds are made in the same currency and payment method as the purchase.
